Thank you Lord!

 Thank you Lord for the son I had one day.

Thank you for all the days I've been with him.

 Thank you for all that I have been able to teach him.

 Thank you too for everything he taught me.

 My mission with him was a great privilege.

 No matter what happened

What mattered was my happiness when he was born.

Our joy as he grew up

His smile when he won chess matches

 His joy when he scored goal at football matches

 A celebration with friends on important dates

His wish to help everyone always

 These things have changed my way of looking at life

 I continue to evolve every day more

 I still feel my son every single moment
